Installations and repairs

We provide a turnkey installation service for Mac and PC computers. We can install and repair equipment not supplied by us.

Study and proposal: free
Remotely: €60 including tax/hour
On site: €100 including tax/hour (+€30 Ile-de-France travel costs)
half-day on site: €360 including tax
Day on site: €720 including tax

Computer maintenance

We provide computer maintenance for Macs and PCs.

Whether installed by us or not, we provide an on-site and remote maintenance service comprising several levels of service.

Contract-based service. The contract is calculated on the basis of €200 including tax per position.
It includes remote assistance and on-site travel
The maintenance contract gives you a 20% discount on installation services (excluding maintenance)

Computer backups

Computer backup is an essential service to protect important data and files. This service consists of regularly backing up data on secure servers, in order to protect it in the event of loss, theft, disaster or computer failure. It is essential to ensure data security and availability.

Supervision and correction of your backups: €20 including tax/month
This service does not include software or storage

Network and wifi cabling

On site: €70 excluding tax/hour
Half day: €250 excluding tax
Day on site: €500 excluding tax
